Contact and support

Start with the channel that knows your delivery.

Protect your account. 360 Prime Express will not ask you to share a one-time sign-in code or payment credential in a website form or delivery chat.

Why active-delivery support stays in the app

The order conversation is access-controlled and attached to the relevant delivery. That gives the assigned rider or joined support person the operational context they need without asking you to repeat personal route information through a public channel.

What the business form collects

The business delivery form asks only for information needed to review the request: business and contact names, Ghana phone number, optional email, usual pickup area, expected delivery volume, and optional notes. It never collects payment details.
