Terms of use

Clear expectations for a clear delivery.

These terms cover the website customer delivery-request flow, the separate business delivery enquiry, and the core delivery service.

Important: an automatically priced website request creates an order ready for hosted checkout; a route needing review creates an enquiry first. Neither becomes a paid, confirmed booking until the backend verifies the transaction.

1. Using the website

You may use this delivery-only website to learn about 360 Prime Express services, build and submit a genuine customer delivery request, or submit a separate business delivery setup enquiry. Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape at harmful volume, bypass rate limits, submit false information, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorised access.

2. Phone verification and account access

You may choose a route and review a quote before providing a phone number. Entering a number or requesting a four-digit one-time code does not create an account. After you submit the correct code, the service creates a customer account for a new verified number or reuses the existing account for a recognised number. Keep every code private and use only a phone number you are authorised to verify.

Verification allows at most five failed code entries for the same phone number in a day, counted across replacement challenges. Successful website verification creates an essential signed request session that expires after 15 minutes. Submission replaces it with an order-scoped tracking session for up to 30 days, allowing the same browser to follow only that enquiry and order without another login. You may need to verify again if access expires. You are responsible for activity performed through your verified session and should contact official support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Delivery requests

You are responsible for choosing the intended pickup and drop-off points, arranging access at each stop, providing a reachable delivery contact, accurately describing the item, and ensuring you are entitled to send it. A request must contain at least one pickup and one drop-off and may contain up to four ordered stops. The server revalidates every selected location and service boundary before accepting the final request.

4. Items and lawful use

Do not request delivery of an illegal, stolen, dangerous, explosive, toxic, unlawfully controlled, or otherwise prohibited item. Do not conceal an item’s nature or provide misleading instructions. Item categories or a photo field do not mean that every item is accepted or receives special handling.

5. Coverage and availability

Locations and routes are subject to the active service boundary, operational capacity, address validation, and other safety or legal requirements. A nearby place name does not guarantee route availability. Service status and coverage can change.

6. Quotes

Website and app quotes are produced by the server from the current rate card and validated route information. Some routes may require review before a price is published. A quote can expire and may no longer be accepted after its validity period. Never rely on a price from an unofficial message or a changed route.

7. Payment

You may pay online through Paystack or select cash on delivery where the option is shown. Paystack returns the same verified browser to the Track Order Status page, so a second login is not required while its order-scoped session remains valid. An online delivery is not treated as paid merely because the browser returned from checkout: the backend waits for Paystack’s signed server notification and confirms its status, reference, currency, and amount against the order. Cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed for dispatch but remain unpaid until the rider records collection at the final handoff. You are responsible for paying the displayed delivery total and should not give a rider any account password, one-time code, card details, or Mobile Money PIN.

8. Delivery progress

Status milestones describe operational progress based on server-recorded actions. They are not a guaranteed arrival time. Traffic, weather, access, recipient availability, safety, and other conditions can affect the route. The current service does not promise live rider location, proof-of-delivery media, or a fixed delivery time unless separately confirmed in writing.

9. Communication

Use delivery chat for information relevant to the active order. Do not send harassment, unlawful content, spam, payment credentials, one-time codes, or unrelated sensitive information. Support access is limited to authorised personnel who join according to the support workflow.

10. Drafts, cookies, and availability

Before final submission, the website keeps the route draft only in the current page memory. Refreshing, closing the page, allowing the short request session to expire, clearing site data, changing browsers, or allowing the tracking session to expire may require you to enter the route or verify the phone again. Tracking access is not granted from an order reference alone. We aim to keep content accurate, accessible, and available, but may correct, update, suspend, or remove material and features. Security controls reduce risk but cannot make an internet service immune from every fault or attack.

11. Separate business delivery enquiries

The business delivery form at the end of the website is separate from customer phone verification and delivery submission. Sending it is a request for contact, not approval, customer-account creation, a delivery booking, a guaranteed price, or a public business listing. Information must be accurate and supplied with authority from the named business.

12. Privacy

Our privacy notice explains how information is handled. Do not submit more personal or sensitive information than the relevant field requires.

13. Account deletion

Customer accounts may be permanently deleted through the phone-verified account deletion page. Active orders must first be completed or cancelled. Deletion ends account access, removes associated personal information, and anonymizes limited completed transaction records that must remain for payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes. The action cannot be undone.

14. Changes

Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update is subject to the current terms for new activity.

15. Questions

Use official in-app support for an account or active-delivery question. Use the business delivery form only for a genuine business delivery setup request.
